By using the services offered by Wine Route France (hereinafter the 'Agency'), the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any condition, do not use the services.

The Agency offers tailor-made wine itineraries in France, including stays at castles and vineyard properties, private visits to domaines and producers, tastings, dinners with Michelin-starred chefs, and cultural itineraries with private guides. Each trip is personalized and does not form a group. The editorial content available on the site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell.

Bookings must be made via the site or by direct contact with the Agency. Payments are due under the terms shown on the invoice. Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking and must comply with applicable laws in France and the European Union. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the type of service contracted.

Prices are presented in euros and may vary based on availability, season, included items, and client-specific requirements. The Agency reserves the right to adjust prices until the booking is confirmed, with changes communicated to the client in advance.

The Agency will make efforts to ensure the quality of the contracted services, but is not liable for events beyond its control, such as weather, actions of third parties, supplier failures, or service interruptions. The Agency's total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the contracted services.

All site content, including texts, images, videos, logos and editorial materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Content may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes with express permission from the Agency.

Personal data collected by the Agency is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Data are processed solely for reservation management, consent-based marketing, and compliance with legal obligations. Data subjects have rights of access, correction, portability, deletion, processing restriction, and objection, as provided by applicable law (GDPR).

These Terms are governed by French law and, unless mandatory legal provision says otherwise, any dispute related to them shall be resolved by the competent courts of France. In the case of a consumer, consumer protection norms in force apply.
